These terms govern the sale of usage licences for Zynelio apps to consumers and to businesses.

The Premium licence is acquired through a one-time payment, with no subscription and no renewal, for an unlimited term. It is tied to the buyer’s Google Play account, personal and non-transferable.

The price is the one shown on Google Play at the time of purchase, in euros, including all taxes. Payment is collected by Google Play, with the payment methods it offers.

Right of withdrawal: fourteen days from the purchase, unless expressly waived when Premium access is activated immediately. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules.

No due date and no renewal: there is nothing to cancel. App updates are included in the licence.

Data controller: Zynelio. The data protection officer can be reached at dpo@zynelio.com.

Data processed: what you write to us through the contact form — name, email address, company if any, subject, message and attachments — sent by email to our support team with no copy kept on the site’s server; and, to limit abuse, a fingerprint of your IP address kept for one hour. The apps create no account with Zynelio and send nothing to a Zynelio server: what they process stays on your device, and a Premium licence is bought through Google Play, which alone holds your payment details.

Purposes: answering your requests and providing help, delivering the licence you bought, keeping the accounts. Legal bases: your consent for the contact form, performance of the contract for the licence, legal obligation for accounting records.

Retention: contact messages, for as long as it takes to answer and follow up; the IP address fingerprint, one hour; accounting records, ten years.

Processors: the site’s hosting provider, located in the European Union; Google Play and RevenueCat for buying, validating and restoring the Premium licence. A detailed list is provided on request.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.

These rights are exercised by email to dpo@zynelio.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are used. No consent banner is therefore required.
